✅ 1. Seals Threaded Connections (Pipe Threads)
• Nylog Blue is used to prevent gas or oil leaks at connections such as:
• Flare nuts (copper pipe connections in air conditioners)
• Threaded fittings
• Schrader valves / service ports
• It fills micro gaps between threads to ensure no leakage even under high pressure.

• Apart from threads, it can also be applied as a seal for flat gaskets:
• Compressor gaskets
• Valve gaskets

• Unlike other sealants, Nylog Blue never hardens or dries out.
• Connections can still be disassembled and reassembled, making it ideal for routine servicing.

• ❄ Refrigerants R22, R32, R410A, R134a & others
• 🔥 High-temperature areas (near compressor or outdoor unit)

✅ 5. Prevents Compressor Oil Leaks
• In addition to refrigerant gas, Nylog Blue also prevents compressor oil (POE oil) leakage, which can cause long-term damage.

📌 How to Use Nylog Blue:
    1.    Clean the threads or gasket surface from dust/old oil.
    2.    Apply a thin layer of Nylog Blue onto the thread or gasket.
    3.    Assemble the connection as usual.
    4.    No need to wait for drying – you can charge refrigerant or start the unit immediately.

⚠ Precautions:
• Do not over-apply – just a thin coating is sufficient.
• Avoid applying on surfaces that come in contact with certain types of rubber O-rings (not all O-rings are compatible).
